Bathrooms

Please find below a small selection of the bathrooms that we have installed.

This is a bathroom with a shower enclosure in Stansted Mountfitchet. The room has vaulted ceilings which were fully tiled with porcelain tiles. The lighting was upgraded to include sensor automation and a hidden shaver socket for charging. The walk in shower enclosure was lowered and a very large tray (1.2m x 1m) installed with an antislip finish. The enclosure had a long niche added, plus a digital two way shower with additional remote control. A long lower towel rail was installed within reach of both shower and bath. It was all finished off with a LVT herringbone floor. We have carried out several other jobs at the house for both the current and previous owners.

The vanity unit was sized to the height of the sash window with a back to wall w/c with concealed cistern and plumbing. There was a traditional towel radiator along with the brassware.

The en-suite was a combination of small pink herringbone tiles and T&G cladding, again with a vanity unit and back to wall w/c with concealed cistern and plumbing. The brassware was all traditional along with the towel rail, in keeping with the period of the property.  A waterproof version of sisal was laid on the floor.  Both rooms had upgraded lighting and ventilation added and were fully decorated throughout.

We have also replaced a second en-suite in this property as well.
